Brewer when asked why she wanted to enter into the real estate industry.
Brewer's background in education and service are a perfect pre-requisite for helping buyers and sellers navigate through the real estate transaction process.
I take great pride in helping my customers find their dream home or sell the family home they've treasured. I always strive to meet the needs of my clients and customers. One of my best attributes is that I treat my customers like I would want any agent to treat me; like family.
I have been a licensed agent since 2005. I have experience on my side. Prior to beginning a career in real estate I was a business owner for 13 years with experience in customer service, accounting, managing employees, and training. The majority of my work experience revolved around helping customers meet their needs.

Contributing, supporting, and making a difference for our buyers and sellers through accurate data entry, organizing and maintaining our contact management database, developing and managing our social media and digital marketing reach, and general office duties are just a few of the tasks Lynn takes on each day.
She scratches her creative itch—which also helps highlight our clients’ properties—by dabbling in graphic design. This comes in handy when marketing your farm, ranch, country home, recreational and hunting land for sale through social media posts, flyers, postcards, signage, billboards, and email marketing.
Researching the latest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices is one of her love languages. In our digital world, speaking SEO is the golden ticket to getting on page one of Google, and that’s where we strive to show a rural and small-town property listing when we represent someone who has land for sale in our region.
Some may call Lynn a computer geek because she enjoys discovering new technologies and learning how to leverage them to help our customers and clients sell or buy their very own piece of rural land. And she’s cool with that label!
When she isn’t in the real estate office, you’ll find Lynn exploring the land with her hubby through kayaking, hiking, or digging in the garden. If she’s not outdoors, she’s whipping up some Tex-Mex in the kitchen or curled up with a good mystery.
